Viora Ghana – Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • The wrong item was delivered

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes/body products

  • Change of mind

3. Return Window

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery

4. Proof Requirement
Customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video or clear images

  • Order details

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or mobile money transfer

6. Exchange Option
Where possible, defective items may be replaced instead of refunded.

7. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
